No. You need a computer, a live call, and access to the tools you want to automate. We handle all the technical setup: installation, configuration, and testing. You just tell us what you want automated.

Every setup package includes email support for a defined window (14–60 days depending on your plan). If you’re on a managed care plan, you get ongoing troubleshooting, updates, and optimization after that window ends.

Yes. Your conversations, documents, and files stay on your hardware. Nothing is stored on our servers. You control which cloud providers (if any) receive your data. For sensitive work, we can configure local-only models so nothing ever leaves your machine.

Usually yes, if your work involves email, browser tasks, documents, scheduling, or repeatable operational steps. We’ve set up automation for law firms, real estate agencies, finance teams, consultancies, and solo operators across Michigan.

If we can’t get your assistant running during the session, we don’t treat that as a successful setup. We’ll either resolve the issue in a follow-up session at no extra charge, or refund you.

Yes. Many clients start with the Essentials package and a single workflow, then add broader automation or a Care plan once they see the first use case working. There’s no penalty for starting small.

Setup packages are one-time — we install and configure everything in a live session and hand it off to you. Care plans are optional monthly subscriptions for ongoing support: troubleshooting, updates, and building new workflows as your needs evolve.

OpenClaw itself is open-source and free. Depending on your setup, you may need API access to an AI model provider (like OpenAI or Anthropic), which typically costs a few dollars per month for personal use. We’ll walk you through this during setup.

Yes. We offer team/family member setup as an add-on. Each additional person gets their own configured instance with shared or individual workflows, depending on your needs.

Absolutely. All setup sessions are done via live video call, so we work with clients nationwide. We’re based in Michigan and many of our clients are local, but geography isn’t a limitation.
